Optimism for Jobs

The number of jobs offered by recruiters last month was almost back to the levels of a year ago, according to a study by Reed. From a survey of 10,000 recruiters, vacancies were down by only 1% compared with the same month last year.

Other sources report improved demand for desk-based service sector workers and a general improvement in business confidence.  At this stage there are no specific indicators for financial services other that what we can see and hear anecdotally, that things are warming up.

Could be a lively second half of 2021!
