Our client is a global financial services company, just about to move into new offices in Chelmsford.  They have a new opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team and ensure that office operations run smoothly.

Main responsibilities of the Receptionist / Administrator:

 - Controlling the reception desk function, greeting guests in a professional manner
 - Meeting room and desk management
 - Taking incoming calls via the switchboard, liaising accordingly
 - Managing the office intranet, diaries, telephone lists
 - Liaising with external suppliers, arranging servicing of office equipment

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Receptionist and switchboard operator within a similar corporate environment.  Strong communication skills and a professional manner are essential, as befits a high profile financial services operation.  Previous experience within a similar corporate sector would be a distinct advantage.
