Our client is the investment funds division of a worldwide financial services operation.  They have an exciting opportunity for an HR specialist to work closely with local and global HR teams in supporting the business.  The role will suit an HR generalist of at least 3 years' experience, preferably gained within financial services.  

Main responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the business, comprising teams of financial services specialists, to offer services including recruitment, payroll support, flexible working and other personnel issues;
  • Partnering with senior HR colleagues on all budget, recruitment and development requirements;
  • Coordinating payroll and benefit administration, flexible working arrangements, learning & development; 
  • Assisting senior HR colleagues to develop HR policy and introduce process improvements where appropriate
  • Handling HR correspondence such as employment contracts and references.
An excellent opportunity for an HR generalist with a financial services industry background; exposure to the investment funds sector would be ideal.  A degree or HR qualification is preferred, along with proven experience in a wide range of HR activities.  Knowledge of UK employment law together with strong communication skills are essential.

Hybrid working is available, flexibility is required in order to engage appropriately with key stakeholders.
