Client Services Manager - Investment Funds

Our client is an established provider of administration services to the investment funds sector.  They have an exciting new opportunity for a Client Services Manager to handle interaction with institutional clients and ensuring that client expectations are exceeded.

With at least 5 years' funds industry experience gained in client facing roles, the Client Services Manager will quickly develop an understanding of the products offered and client strategies to gain the best opportunity of growing and maintaining business.

Key responsibilities of the Client Services Manager:
 - Managing enquiries from clients ranging from specific service problems to product information
 - Explaining products and procedures clearly to clients, promoting values and identifying development opportunities
 - Developing a strong knowledge of processes, the market place and current industry issues
 - Holding regular client service review meetings
 - Preparing KPI packs and ensuring that issues are escalated via operations management
 - Serving as the main operations interface between the client and the business

An excellent opportunity for a Client Services Manager or Relationship Manager specialising in the investment funds sector.  An ideal role for a candidate coming from a similar environment within third party administration.
