Our client is a growing fund services operation with a newly created requirement for a Client Service Manager with a background in the investment funds industry.  With proven operational experience in investment fund administration you will already have experience, as a Client Service Manager or similar, in servicing investment management companies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Acting as main point of contact for management company clients, handling change requests and service issues
  • Managing change events, including client and fund onboarding
  • Working closely between clients and the internal business to ensure a high quality of service
  • Building strong relationships with clients and other external stakeholders
  • Being a key part of process review and enhancement

An excellent opportunity for a proven Client Service Manager with a background in investment fund administration to join a highly reputed and growing organisation.  Candidates with additional experience in fund projects and onboarding would be at a distinct advantage.
