A major Transfer Agency operation has an exciting, newly created opportunity for a TA specialist to put their experience to use in an operational oversight capacity.  Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be involved in governance and oversight of administration in their offshore location.

Key responsibilities:
  • Carrying out due diligence reviews, producing root cause analysis of operational issues and complaints
  • Procedural review, recommending change and enhancement
  • Working closely with operational areas of Transfer Agency to implement change and process improvements
  • Building external relationships, for example with management company clients
  • Overseeing tasks performed in the offshore location
  • Be an expert user of the breach reporting tool, providing training to teams
The Transfer Agency Oversight Consultant will have strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operational processes and relevant regulations.  You will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. You will be a strong communicator, able to challenge effectively and present confidently.  An excellent opportunity for a Transfer Agency operational specialist looking to build on their experience in a technical role.
