Our client is a major Transfer Agency operation with offices in London.  They have a permanent opportunity for a Transfer Agency specialist with particular focus on investor registration to handle oversight of offshore processing.  This role would suit a candidate with strong operational Registration experience looking to move into an oversight role.

Key responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the investor registration lifecycle, providing technical support and response where necessary
  • Working within a risk based oversight model to ensure the maintenance of KPIs, issue logs and that issues are properly escalated
  • Ensuring that SLAs and regulations such as AML & CASS are complied with 
  • Carrying out sample testing and providing oversight reports
  • Identifying key trends, responding to change and client needs
The successful candidate will come from a Transfer Agency background and will already have worked within Investor Registration.  You will have a detailed understanding of Registration processes as well as the regulatory background relevant to Transfer Agency.  Strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
