Our client is the Transfer Agency arm of a major financial services operation with offices in London and across the world.  They have an interesting opening for a senior Transfer Agency specialist with a strong TA operational and project background to lead fund change activity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing a small team of change specialists responsible for fund change events such as new business, fund launches, closures, mergers
  • Managing client "take-ons" from a Transfer Agency perspective, with responsibility for migration documentation and analysis
  • Liaising with Transfer Agency clients and operational teams, developing strong relationships
  • Developing proposals to meet business requirements and improve processes
  • Managing change through to implementation or launch

The successful candidate will have a strong Transfer Agency background to Manager or Senior Manager level, with a good blend of technical, analytical and people management skills.  You will have proven experience in managing Transfer Agency projects, in particular relating to new client business, fund launches, mergers and regulatory change.
