Our client, a major fund services and Transfer Agency operation, has an opportunity for a candidate with experience in leading a reconciliations team within a TA & CASS environment. You will bring a solid Transfer Agency Recs background to the role, which has the following key responsibilities:

  • Managing and organising the work of a Transfer Agency Reconciliations team, including development and performance management
  • Ensuring that CASS Reconciliations are prepared in accordance with SLAs and regulations
  • Overseeing and quality checking a range of reconciliations coming out of various Transfer Agency processes
  • Ensuring proper production of CMAR reports and CASS statements
  • Maintaining and enhancing processes and systems solutions
As a Transfer Agency Reconciliations specialist, you will have a good understanding of TA processes and applicable CASS rules.  You will already have team management experience and will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
